| PATCHOULI This is an oil of beauty. Prevents wrinkles and slacking as it promotes cell growth. It is also oil controlling and moisturizing, helping with troubles of both oily and dry skin. An effective insect repellant long used in Asia as an antidote to bites and stings and to treat fungal infections such as ringworm and athlete’s foot. It is also believed to be aphrodisiac, making it a romantic addition to the bedroom. |

| ROSEMARY Sweet and stimulating. Called an oil of rejuvenation due to its cell activating and antioxidant effects. Dilute with a carrier oil and massage into the skin. Its astringent property relieves swelling and slacking. |

| PEPERMINT Piercing, pungent and cool. The refreshing scent of menthol also helps with digestion and eases headaches, nasal congestion, fever, fatigue, muscle soreness, and carsickness. Also an excellent household and kitchen item with its insecticide, antiseptic, and deodorant properties. |

| Basic aromatherapy Heat the water with added essential oil over a candle flame and diffuse the aroma in the room. You can also make a relaxing aromatic bath by putting a few drops of the essential oil of your choice into the tub or carry your favorite aroma with you by dropping it on a handkerchief. |

| Organic Housekeeping Add a few drops to water and spray in rooms and kitchen to deodorize and freshen the air. You can also deodorize the trash bin and drains by putting a few drops in them. And when mopping the floor, mix a few drops with the soapy water to disinfect and get rid of unwanted insects. Mopping the floor using soap with essential oil is especially recommended for homes with small children. |
