Unpolished rice has the effect of invigorating the body's cells, strengthening the function of internal organs and improving the physical constitution, it can be used as a specific remedy or preventive medicine for illnesses. But the most notable feature of unpolished rice is undoubtedly the effect of ridding the body of chemical substances such as pesticide residues and harmful metals (namely lead, mercury and so on) by bonding with them and discharging them from the body.

	● GABAH BERAS MERAH
	Gabah means unpolished rice in Balinese and beras merah means red rice in Indonesian. Gabah Beras Merah is unpolished red rice grown organically in Tabanan in Bali. Red rice not only contains more vitamins than regular white rice, but also promotes metabolism, making it an excellent product for those wishing to lose weight, improve their physical constitution and cleanse the system. The result is a tea with the beautiful color of red wine. Roasted unpolished rice has been traditionally used to make thin rice gruel for those too sick to have regular meals. Having a soup of unpolished rice helps invigorate the body's cells and it is excellent as a baby food. The De Gabah Beras Merah can be roasted further at your home to make a crispy and healthy snack. Sweet and refreshing ROSELLE FLOWER TEA made of dried flowers of roselle is full of vitamins. Grown organically in Bali, it has the effect of stabilizing blood pressure and easing inflammation of oral mucosa, fatigue, and early symptoms of common cold. For each serving, boil four or five petals for about five minutes. The bright pink colored tea tastes
excellent when added with honey.
